Overview
RMCM 5.5Y Robotic Mass Comparator
The RMCM Robotic Mass Comparator is a compact device that houses the functionality of a mass comparator and a robotic transport system. You will read further about the advantages of this combination.

Mass comparator and robotic transport system in one
The fusion of the mass comparator with the robotic transport system has resulted in:
- Reduction of air drafts and vibrations from a robotic system in the course of comparison
- Minimised risk of human error
- Easier maintaining of stable ambient conditions inside the weighing chamber (thanks to a compact device dimensions).

Fully automatic standard dissemination
A shorter comparison process and less wear and tear on the transport robot are the effects of using an intermediate mass standard magazine. However, the greatest benefit of its use in the RMCM mass comparator is the possibility of a complete dissemination process.

Ambient conditions measured in real time
The RMCM mass comparator comes with high-performance thermos-hygro-barometers that allow real-time ambient conditions to be studied at three locations. The device features very high measurement readability: pressure at 0.001 hPa, humidity at 0.01% and temperature at 0.001°C. The reliability of the measurements of ambient conditions made using these sensors is confirmed by a calibration certificate.

Universal magazine insert shape
The mass standard magazine has 120 positions. The RMCM mass comparator compares weights in all shapes conforming to the OIML recommendation using just one universal insert.

Optional equipment
As optional equipment, we offer you:
- Camera that allows you to view the comparison process remotely in real time provided you have internet access
- RMCS software, which gives you full control of the comparative process.
