HX7 HR scale’s multi functions

The HX7 HR scale is a device comprised of AISI 304 (IP 66 / 67 / 69) stainless steel terminal the PUE HX7, and AISI 316 stainless steel weighing platform. The HX7 HR has been designed to operate in challenging conditions,

even in places where the platform is exposed to acids.

Display

The 7” colour graphic display and the diode bar graph, which signals current net weight of a load in reference to the scale range or declared min, max thresholds, boost comfort especially in case of piecework where fast and precise presentation of product mass deviation is required with regard to the limit values.

Hermetic communication interfaces

Housing back is equipped with hermetic communication interfaces such as RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet, at your disposal there are also digital inputs/outputs and analogue output. This enables cooperation with external devices such as barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems. With use of the bracket you can either place the terminal at any flat horizontal surface, or fix it to the wall adjusting the tilt respectively to suit your needs.

Software

The terminal's software allows carrying out processes such as weighing, parts counting, dosing, labelling, formulations and percent weighing. Terminal’s system of information is based on databases (users, products, weighings, packaging, formulations, customers) and ALIBI memory which guarantees stored data safety.
