HX7.4P.600.C Multifunctional Pallet Scale

The HX7.4P scale is based on a modern PUE HX7 terminal made of stainless steel and a stable pallet structure made of powder-coated steel. The scale is primarily designed for weighing Europallets and any transport pallets. The load can be placed on the scale using a forklift, which is a great convenience.

Ergonomic Weighing Terminal

The scale is equipped with a PUE HX7 industrial terminal with a comfortable handle that allows it to be placed on any flat horizontal surface or screwed to a wall and the angle of inclination adjusted. The terminal has a 7’ colour graphic display and a bargraph in the form of nine LED fields located on the top of the housing. The bargraph indicates the current mass of the load in relation to the scale range or the declared minimum and maximum thresholds.

Easy Connection With External Devices

The terminal’s housing, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, provides a high degree of protection of IP 66/67, with hermetic connectors of RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet, digital input/output and analogue output communication interfaces. The interfaces allow connection to a wide range of external devices, such as barcode scanners, printers, external displays, control buttons, light signalling towers, other controlling/signalling devices, systems for automatic process control and superior IT systems

Multifunctional Software

The scale software allows the implementation of dosing, parts counting, formulation and percent weighing processes. The terminal’s information system is based on databases: USERS, PRODUCTS, WEIGHINGS, PACKAGING, FORMULATIONS and CUSTOMERS, as well as ALIBI memory to guarantee the security of the collected data.

Optional Battery Power Supply

Thanks to the use of an optionally mounted battery, the PUE HX7 terminal can operate in conditions of unstable mains power supply or its complete absence. Such a solution increases the security of collected data.
