Scale Editor 2.1

The Scale Editor 2.1 software is used for managing databases of RADWAG balances and scales via RS232 and Ethernet communication interfaces.

The software works with the following equipment:

• Laboratory Balances of the AS X2, PS X2, WLC X2 series,
• Standard-class balances and scales of the WTC, WLC, C315, H315 series,
• Advanced-class scales of the C32, HX7, HX5.EX series.
• Professional-class balances and scales of the HY10, WLY, WPY, 4Y, 5Y series.
• MWSH, MWMH, MWLH industrial modules.

With the E2R Moisture Analyzer module, you can:

• read moisture analyzer data and store it in the MS SQL database;
• due to the possibility of online operation, monitor the parameters of currently running drying processes from a computer;
• display information about current measurements as well as the status and outcome of the drying process in real time;
• generate online graphs in relation to drying time;
• have access to the reports generated by moisture analyzers;
• operate and monitor up to 16 moisture analyzers;
• automatically start the connection of the moisture analyzers with the database after the computer is switched on (operation in system service mode);

The Audit Trail Reader is a freeware RADWAG software supporting Audit Trail function available for HY10, WLY, WPY series weighing instruments. The function registers operator’s activity from the moment of logging in.

The Audit Trail Reader easily and quickly connects with the weighing instrument and enables export of files to pdf, xls, csv, html formats.

R-Panel

The R-Panel software enables operation of selected  weighing instruments and modules via computer operation panel. The software is intended for computers based on Windows operating system. The operator has access to all keys and functions on the operation panel, such as zeroing, taring, parameters setup etc.

Functions:

• full support of operation panel of all R series balances and MAS R and MPS R weighing modules,
• automatic detection of devices connected to the computer,
• remote weighing instruments operation,
• creating screenshots,
• communication via RS232, USB and Ethernet,
• various languages (currently Polish and English)
• compatibility with Windows: 10, 11, Server 2008R2, 2012, 2016, 2025.

Functionality of a computer operation panel has been transferred to the RLab PC software, this enables operation of weighing instruments and electromagnetic weighing modules without the necessity to run any additional software. All R-Panel functions are available in the latest RLab program version.

• The RADWAG Remote Desktop is a set of tools enabling operation of a weighing device by means of a computer.
• The RRD Win 10 has been designed to be operated on computers and mobile devices with Windows 10 OS.
• The RADWAG Remote Desktop enables operation of  weighing instruments of 3Y, 4Y, 5Y and HY10 series (the instruments must feature respective software version).

The RADWAG Development Studio is a software intended for companies willing to develop their own tools for communication with RADWAG-manufactured weighing equipment. The purpose of RDS is to familiarize customers with solutions used while developing RADWAG communication protocol (Common Communication Protocol). The RDS contains examples of finished code and additional instructions which allow to simplify and accelerate development of new software. The RDS is all a programmer needs to design software that enables error-free communication with our equipment.

Functiones:

• Presentation of functions (and subfunctions) of communication protocol (Common Communication Protocol) - information on which of the functions are available for balances, scales, weighing modules and terminals;
• Examples of fully-operational source code, ready to be applied in new applications using copy+paste method;
• Connection with weighing equipment on which each function is carried out - packets that are sent and received during operation are presented as text command, in hexadecimal form and in bytes;
• Library with mass control, contained within the development environment, is available for a programmer;
• Complete documentation of the communication protocol;
• Set of instructions regarding other solutions for programmers employed in companies using RADWAG-manufactured equipment;

Radwag – Advanced Weighing Technologies

The MWMH Manager is designed to enable operation of HRP platforms and  weighing  modules of MWSH, MWLH and MWMH series by means of a PC. The program facilitates mass readout, taring, zeroing, filters setting, internal adjustment, determination of operator’s start mass and user adjustment.

Caution: .NET framework 2.0 plugin or later version has to be installed so that the program can operate in MS Windows.

The modern R-Lab software

enables collecting, presenting and carrying out statistical analysis of measurements sent from RADWAG scales to a computer. The software operates with max 20 scales simultaneously. Data can be saved either manually or automatically. Collected information is presented on reports in a form of complex tables, and via graphs.

Graph types:

• Measurement graph with statistics data
• Gaussian distribution function (probability distribution) and a histogram
• Stability graph – difference between successive measurements
• All in one graph

The software makes it possible to generate a report for a particular series of measurements and it offers various filtering options, i.e. filtering by date, mass, unit, description or list of selected devices. R-Lab also presents reports from an ongoing session and a current day.

Statistics created by the software include measurement quantity, minimum and maximum values, mean values, median, standard and mean deviation, variance, variance and deviation estimator and weighings sum. The data can be exported to PDF, HTML, MHT, RTF, XLS, XLSC, CSV, text and graphic files. The latest software version: 2020.1.27

RAD Key

Establishing connection between a weighing instrument and a computer:

• replacing a comma with a dot (useful when exporting data to Excel spreadsheet);
• Hot key (i.e. function keys from F1 to F12) triggering mass readout from a weighing instrument;
• data acquired from a weighing instrument are read as text or numeric values.

The technical support for the Rad Key program was completed on 10.04.2017.

The MW Manager software is intended for support of MW-01 and MW-04 mass converters via a PC.

Functions:

• adjustment of MW-01 and MW-04  mass converters (determination of start mass, adjustment coefficient, gravity correction, linearity correction)
• mass readout from MW-01 and MW-04 converters via a PC screen
• MW-01 and MW-04 taring and zeroing via a PC
• linearity determination of MW-01 and MW-04 mass converters
• setting  weighing filters of MW-01 and MW-04 mass converters.
