TMX H single-sensor scales are designed for precise weight measurements up to 300 kg. The use of a single load cell ensures high measurement accuracy while maintaining a compact and durable design. The platforms are equipped with a weighing pan and a solid base made of stainless steel. The combination of the advanced PUE 5 terminal with a robust weighing platform ensures excellent performance in production, warehousing, and packaging processes. TMX has been designed with maximum user convenience in mind. A large, color touchscreen enables intuitive operation without the need for a traditional keyboard, while the use of the Windows operating system provides extensive integration capabilities with existing software and enterprise systems.

Product labeling

The built-in labeling system enables fast printing of labels for weighed products, significantly improving packaging and product identification processes. The software supports both standard product labels and identification using EAN-13 and EAN-128 codes. Thanks to integration with barcode scanners, it is possible to quickly search for items and efficiently handle logistics processes.

Industrial functionality

The advanced software supports daily operations through:

• checkweighing function (+/-), 
• access to weighing history in clear table format, 
• report generation, 
• creation of custom label templates directly from the terminal, 
• management of databases for operators, products, contractors, warehouses, and packaging, 
• data storage locally or on a server. 

The scale is fully compatible with the E2R SYSTEM software.

Types of touch screens

Depending on user needs, three types of touch panels are available:

• resistive (R) – resistant to moisture and dust, suitable for operation with gloves,
• infrared (IR) – offering very high brightness and mechanical durability,
• capacitive (C) – providing the highest touch precision and multi-touch support.

Protection class IP 66/67. Very high brightness and readability level. High resistance to moisture and dust. High mechanical resistance, possibility of operation using gloves (made of latex, material or even steel chain).
